Privileged information is any information related to an issuer, its businesses, or one or more securities issued or guaranteed by them that has not been disclosed to the market. This information, by its nature, is capable of influencing the liquidity, price, or quotation of the issued securities. It also includes confidential information related to ongoing events or negotiations, information regarding acquisition or disposal operations to be carried out by an institutional investor in the securities market, and information related to public offers or acquisitions.

• Revealing or entrusting the information to others until it is disclosed to the market.
• Recommending carrying out operations with securities regarding which there is privileged information.
• Making improper use and taking advantage, directly or indirectly, for one's own benefit or that of third parties, of privileged information.

Persons who violate the prohibitions indicated above will incur regulatory infractions punishable by the Superintendency of the Securities Market with fines ranging from 50 to 700 Tax Tax Units.

Additionally, benefiting from or avoiding economic damage directly or through third parties, through the use of privileged information, is a crime punishable by imprisonment of not less than one (1) nor more than five (5) years.
